Overview
Guppy AI is a platform that takes over banking operations — project management, data migration, risk calculation, reporting. Built for large, multinational, multi-currency teams where mistakes cost real money. Mehdi came with an interesting but unstructured idea. No clear flows, no hierarchy, no system. My job was to turn that into a product people actually understand on first use.

Banking processes are complex, multi-layered, and rarely built for team collaboration. The challenge wasn't just design — it was making something genuinely intuitive in an industry where nothing usually is.
Process Optimazing
The entire process—from the wireframe to the finished product—was carried out in close collaboration with AI. This allowed us to quickly test ideas, immediately see how they worked for the user, and avoid wasting time on unnecessary iterations.
Idea
Guppy-AI is a platform that handles all banking operations: management, data migration, risk assessment, and reporting. For complex, multi-currency, or time-sensitive projects, it’s a way to assemble a team, streamline the process, and minimize the risk of data loss or financial loss. Everything is under control—no accidental errors and no unnecessary expenses.

AI Chat — central hub for all interactions. Creates tasks, manages agents, suggests next steps.
Agents
Custom Agents — users build AI agents with custom roles and workflows. Agent handles the routine, human focuses on strategy.
Data Collecting
Data Dashboard — all projects, documents, calendars and call transcripts in one place.
Cooperating
Team Collaboration — humans and AI agents in shared workspaces with clear role distribution.
